With a total of +14 years in the global social impact sector, Shalini has spent significant time working on complex, dynamic organizational challenges including launch of new operations, early stage prototypes and pilot models as well as deepening and scaling impact for organizations working in the Global South. In her career, she has built strong communities, facilitated stakeholder partnerships and steered the organization’s strategy with high performing teams.
From 2017-2023, she has led the design and facilitation of Change.org’s flagship program for women’s leadership – She Creates Change. The program focused on using digital tools for campaigning, storytelling and collaborating with peer networks. Ashima Gulati
Ashima is a lawyer by profession and a policy consultant by practice, with a deep passion for developing policy reforms that intersect education, healthcare, and climate change to enhance the well-being of the marginalised communities. She is the co-founder of a non-profit organization that leverages technology to build climate-resilient health solutions for marginalised communities, and has supported over 75,000 individuals with COVID-19 vaccinations. As an independent consultant, Ashima works on improving policy design and implementation strategies to develop effective climate adaptation and resilience solutions at the grassroot levels.
Ashima is also bridging the gap for college students and young professionals to transition into the policy sector, and has mentored more than 1,000 individuals in shaping their career paths. As a published author, she has a strong online community of ~17,000 individuals.

Lakshita Vohra
Hello! I am Lakshita, CSR & ESG Consultant with more than 4 years of working with nonprofits and coporates majorly in Social Impact, CSR and sustainability space. I am a certified ESG and BRSR Practitioner from Institute of Company Secretaries of India. I hold Masters in Public Policy and Governance from Azim Premji university and a foreign language degree in Russian from JNU. Raju Kendre
Raju Kendre is a first-generation learner who hails from the Nomadic Tribe community of the Vidarbha region (Central India). His own lived experience with this problem motivated him to start “Eklavya India”, an organisation that promotes higher education and enables grassroots leadership of first-generation learners in Central India. Raju has been engaged with tribal and rural community development for the last decade as a development practitioner.
He recently earned an MSc in Development Studies at SOAS, University of London, through the Chevening Scholarship provided by the FCDO, UK. Recently, Raju has been included in Forbes India’s 30 Under 30 and Hindustan Times Young Achiever 30 Under 30 list, and also nominated for the prestigious CNN-News 18 Indian of the Year award. and He is also listed on LinkedIn’s Top Voices List (Social Impact).
